Staying on top of the Field

Our firm is dedicated to using the most efficient research resources available and we are devoted to staying on top of the field.

Because we take collections seriously, we are long-standing members of two trade groups for attorneys:

As the name implies the CLLA deals solely with commercial claims. NARCA deals with consumer claims. Both groups have three focus areas:
  • Educating Members
  • Lobbying on behalf of credit grantors
  • Providing a network for members to refer cases to any jurisdiction in the country.

We have found the educational aspects of these organizations to be very important. If a creditor is not represented by counsel who is actively keeping abreast of developments in the field, he or she stands a chance of violating little known laws that can diminish the creditor's ability to collect the debt.
